Kerstin Reibold studied Philosophy, Politics and German literature at the University of Mannheim, the University of Heidelberg and the University of Essex. During her studies she focused on political philosophy, and she is especially interested in questions relating to international justice and development, human rights, and multiculturalism. Kerstin is a PhD candidate at the University of Mannheim. Her thesis looks at justifications of the right of indigenous peoples to self-determination and how this right is linked to matters of self-respect and historic injustices.
