Filologisk forening (FF)

The Philological Association is a student association associated with the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Oslo. The Association has long-standing traditions and can trace its roots all the way back to 1840.

FF is run on a voluntary basis by students at the University. The Association is responsible for running the Uglebo cellar pub, the Uglemor café and the periodical entitled Filologen (The Philologist). These pages contain information about the Philological Association, what we do and what is happening at Uglebo.

Would you like to get involved? The Philological Association is always looking for new officers. If you would like to try your hand at being a bartender, waffle-maker, poster-hanger, band-booker, or work as a DJ, you will find more information on the Association's internal pages. (The web pages do not necessarily contain information in English)
