Research Conference Munch 150, Oslo 18–21 September 2013 “Edvard Munch and/in Modernism” is held in conjunction with Munch 150, a major retrospective exhibition organised by the Munch Museum and the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design (Oslo) to celebrate Munch’s birth. The conference committee of Between Art and Mass Communication: Edvard Munch and Printmaking is proud to announce a call for papers. Deadline: 1st of May. You will be informed about the results by the 1st of June. All contributors welcome!
On the occasion of the research project “The history of philosophy and history of ideas 600 BC to 1800 AD”, the Department of Philosophy, Classics, History of Art and Ideas at the University of Oslo organizes an initial workshop which will take place on January 31st-February 2nd 2013.
