Born in Eastern Tibet in 1975 and moved to Norway in 1997.
Researcher (2008-)- International Peace Research Institute (PRIO).
Masters degree in social anthropology and Chinese studies from the University of Oslo (2005).
Scholarship Awardee (2003/2004)- China Program, Norwegian Center for Human Rights.
