Checklist for hosts

The faculty members of the respective disciplines are hosting the visitors. It is therefore important that there is close contact between the host and the visitor in the months before the visit, as the host serves as the connection between the administration and the visitor.

Checklist

 

Before the visit:

- As soon as the date is set for the visit, please make sure you inform the project leaders (Ute Hüsken and Oliver Freiberger). They will need all relevant information regarding the stay, such as duration, courses taught or other involvement in the teaching schedule, participation in events etc.

- Make sure your visitor has found a place to stay and knows hot to get there from the airport.

During the visit:

- For each visitor, we have set aside a flat amount of NOK 3,000 (about $500) for entertainment expenses. This will be reimbursed by the /hosting/ department.
