The conference hotel: Clarion Hotel Royal Christiania 
We would advise you to take accommodation at the Conference Hotel Royal Christiania, where we have reserved 170 units (a max. of 100 can be used as twin / double rooms).
The conference fee of NOK 375 includes the ICAME journal. The conference fee should be paid directly to the organisers (via Epay) by 1 April 2011. For details regarding payment, go to the payment information page.

Please mention “ICAME conference” when contacting the hotel. If you wish to stay an extra night before or after the conference, please make your reservations accordingly. The price for an extra night (including breakfast) at the Conference Hotel is NOK 990 for a single room and NOK 595 per person in a shared room. Once you have made your reservation, please register for the conference via the registration page.

If you wish to share a room with another conference participant (to keep the cost down), please let us know, and we will put you in contact with others who have made the same request. NB! Please do not contact the hotel about this - you need to find a "partner" before you book your room.
