Multiculturalism, religion and locality

Researchers from CoMRel and from the project Cultural Conflict 2.0 (CC2) met to discuss Multiculturalism, religion and locality in Southern Norway.

The workshop was initiated by professor Pål Repstad at the University of Agder. CoMRel and CC2 both do community studies on religion and conflict in multicultural localities. Both projects relate to Southern Norway where the meeting took place.

Pål Repstad chairs the research in this second subproject of CoMRel while most of the work will be undertaken by the postdoc researcher Louise Lund Liebmann, working at the University of Agder from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017.

Justus Uitermark, third member of CoMRel's Advisory Board, is the main researcher in CC2's study in the Netherlands. CC2's project manager David E. Herbert also make a bridge to CoMRel, of which he was one of the initiators.
