Open seminar: Impact

What is actually “impact” and how can the humanities crack this nut which is becoming increasingly important to get external funding?

We hereby invite interested researchers to an English mini-seminar on impact in the Humanities.

We have invited a true expert to help us address these important questions, Ms Shira Becker from the EU consultant agency Enspire Science. She will explain to us all how impact is currently understood in the EU system, how the impact section is actually assessed in the application processes and – correspondingly – how the section should actually be written.

Shira has promised several surprises and we think all attendants have something to look forward to.

The seminar will start at 12 and finish at 14, and is followed by a discussion on innovation in the Humanities. The latter discussion will be in Norwegian.
