Welcome screen

Trykk for å starte

This is the welcome screen shown when you first touch the control panel.

The empty screen

After the welcome screen you will get sent to the following screen. This means that the AV equipment in the room is turned on.

Touchskjermens hovedskjermbilde

You can switch languages by touching the flag icons.

Starting the projector

To start the projector, you must press the Projector button (second button on the bottom of the screen). The screen will show a countdown until the projector is ready for use:

Prosjektoren starter opp og det telles ned på skjermen til prosjektoren er klar

On the Projector screen that's now open you also select the input source, which is the type of device/connection you wish to display the video signal from. On the right side of the screen you have up, down and stop buttons for controlling the canvas.

Select input source

When the countdown has finished, the screen will look like this:

Velg innkilde - Hva du ønsker å vise fra

The active input source is highlighted in bright blue.

Audio

Lydpanel - Justere volum på mikrofoner

Here you can select audio input sources from the rack, and adjust the volume of the amplifier. The audio is passed through the same cable as the video signal, you will see it appearing as "Scaler" on the computer.

When connecting a laptop with the VGA cable you have to use the mini jack cable. (This works when "Laptop VGA" is chosen as video input source.)

Help

If you require assistance with the equipment, the last button on the panel takes you to a screen with contact information:

System off

When your lecture is over, please don't forget to power down the equipment before leaving the room:

Systemet avslutter

This is important, especially for these two reasons:

  • All settings are reset to their defaults, which avoids causing trouble for the next person utilizing the room
  • The projector and other equipment will last longer
