Overview of labs and special rooms at HF

Sociocognitive Lab

Center for Multilingualism in Society across the Lifespan (MultiLing) has established a sociocognitive lab with video studio, EEG and eyetracker equipment.

Music and Motion Lab

The Department of Musicology has a motion capture lab at RITMO Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Rhythm, Time and Motion.

Recording Studio

At the department of musicology there are two modern music studios, one for recording and one for mixing, in addition, a teaching room has been set up with MIDI equipment.

The Portal

In connection with the Master's program Music, Communication and Technology, the Department of Musicology has established a low latency teaching and collaboration portal.

MIDI Room

The MIDI Room at the Department of Musicology is used for teaching and independent work in subjects ranging from composition to music production and programming. The room has a small recording studio of good quality, a well-insulated recording room and several individual workstations equipped with iMac, sound cards, microphones and headphones.

Language Lab

Room 117 (language lab 2) and 118 (language lab 1) in Henrik Wergelands Hus are equipped with a Sanako 100 lab system. There are 25 places in language lab 1 and 20 in language lab 2 - The rooms can be booked in TP.
