The crisis of faith in contemporary China
A conversation with the Chinese author Yang Zhipeng. He is the author of several novels and short story collections based in contemporary Chinese society.

One of them, "Hemligheten i världen" (世事天机), has recently been published in Swedish by Bokförlaget Wanzhi. Yang was born in 1955 in Shaanxi and graduated from the Department of Literature at Wuhan University. As a young man, he enlisted in the military, later worked as an editor, and from the mid-1990s as an entrepreneur in the cultural sector.
He has been writing fiction since the 1980s and has received several awards. Yang has been a Buddhist for many years.
The conversation will be held in Chinese with translation into Norwegian.
