Trial lecture: Associate Professor in Multilingualism with an emphasis on Psycholinguistics
Kalinka Timmer will give a trial lecture for the position of Associate Professor in Multilingualism with an emphasis on Psycholinguistics at ILN.
Topic for the trial lecture
For a Master’s program in Multilingualism at the University of Oslo, you have been giving a course entitled "Multilingualism across the lifespan: Different perspectives and methodologies". The target group is first-term MA students. The course has been designed by you, and includes examples from your own research. The semester is coming to an end and you are giving the last lecture, which provides an overview of the course in which you would present, discuss, and contrast the key topics and approaches you have chosen to cover in the course. The time frame for the lecture is 45 minutes. As in regular teaching, time should be allotted to give the students the opportunity to ask questions.
