Centre for Research on Media Innovations (CRMI) explores how changing technologies and changing modes of usage and engagement with media bring about media innovation and transformation of the media sector.

We emphasise particularly the following areas:

  • New players in the media landscape.
  • New roles of users.
  • New practices by existing media organizations.

The Journal of Media Innovations

The Journal of Media Innovations is open access and published through FRITT (Open Access journals at UiO).

International Symposium on Media Innovations
