In media industries, privately and publicly funded media organisations are competing for public attention. Media industries consist of a wide range of players and stakeholders, from employees in small local media companies to global media corporations. It is the media organisations that has a decisive influence on what media offers to the public. 

Our researchers look into production and innovation processes, as well as into strategy, economy and business models, as well as power balance within and between media organisations.
