Research topic: Media Innovation

Media Innovation is a process of change that happens within, with and through media. Research in this field examines how the new media are taking form and are stabilizing, as well as how and why such media are changing.

Our researchers are concerned with the interplay between technology and media organisations, both institutional and well-established (legacy players) and newcomers on the market. We are also investigating the role of media users in media innovation.
