Seminar, Group and Meeting rooms

The seminar room's primary use is for teaching but is also accessible for research seminars and other meetings. 

Seminar room 1

• Placement: ZEB-building (room 110)
• Capacity: 30 people
• Booking: Schedule (TP)
• Equipment:
  • Projector (Sony) for connecting a personal laptop. Different adapters are available (HDMI, USB-C, mini-DisplayPort, m.m.).
  • Speakers (B&W) and stereo (Sony) with CD, cassette player, and the possibility to connect a personal laptop via minijack.
  • A video conferencing system (Logitech Group) can be connected to a personal laptop. 
  • Piano (Yamaha).

 

Seminar room 2

• Placement: ZEB-building (room 114)
• Capacity: 24 people
• Booking: Schedule (TP)
• Equipment:
  • Projector (Sony) for connecting a personal laptop. Different adapters are available (HDMI, USB-C, mini-DisplayPort, m.m.).

Group rooms

The group rooms' primary use is for students at IMV. Group rooms 2 and 3 are suitable for studying and smaller meetings. Group room 1 is a little bigger and, therefore, also suitable for some teaching activities.

Group room 1

• Capacity: 12 people
• Booking: Schedule (TP)
• Equipment: 
  • TV for connecting a personal laptop. Different adapters are available (HDMI, USB-C, mini-DisplayPort, m.m.).
  • Stationary PC (Windows, cabled network)
  • A video conferencing system (Crestron UC-SB1-CAM) with built-in web camera (Huddly), speaker, and microphone connected to the stationary PC.

 

Group room 2

• Placement: ZEB-building (room 105)
• Capacity: 6 people
• Booking: Schedule (TP)
• Equipment: 
  • TV for connecting a personal laptop. Different adapters are available (HDMI, USB-C, mini-DisplayPort, m.m.).
  • Stationary PC (Windows, cabled network)
  • A video conferencing system (Logitech Meetup) with a built-in web camera, speaker, and microphone connected to the stationary PC.

 

Group room 3

• Capacity: 6 people

Meeting room

The meeting rooms primary use is for IMV staff.

Meeting room 338

• Capacity: 10 people
• Booking: Outlook

  • Genelec-speakers connected to the TV and minijack for personal devices.
  • Stationary PC (Windows, cabled network)
  • A video conferencing system (Logitech Meetup with 2 extra microphones) with a built-in web camera, speaker, and microphone connected to the stationary PC.
