Abstract: Music and Movement (MU&MO) were always part of Elisavet’s background and evolvement. As a Rhythmic Gymnastics’ Champion her MU&MO experiences started at an early age. As a long-time instructor of children, students and educators, she continuously searches and tries to combine MU&MO activities with many different creative ways. She believes that MU&MO activities should be an integral part of everyday children's life and education for the holistic and optimum development of their personalities. Her MU&MO activities attempt to link body and mind situations, actions, reactions and procedures for the sake of people’s healthy growth, combining the theory of motor development and the elements of movement with the elements of music and sound. She studies also children’s creativity in movement and how educator’s perceive it and promote it.
