Vold has recently published a book about the literary landscape in Norway after the July 22nd 2011 terrorist attacks, entitled Verdensverk: Norsk Verdenslitteratur etter 22. Juli. She will present her thoughts on trauma in post-22nd July literature, and we will discuss an excerpt from a novel telling the story of a couple’s struggles, eight years after the woman lost her daughter in the attack.
