Why do you wish to become HF's next dean?

– I wish to become HF’s next dean because I am deeply committed to the humanities. In a world that is changing rapidly, we need the humanities more than we have for a long time. I want to work to ensure that the faculty continues to have broad disciplinary scope and high academic quality.
