PhD project (2022-2026)
My PhD project deals with the concept of voice in Danish and Norwegian first-language didactics (L1). The project comprises a theoretical component, in which I examine the history and significance of the concept of voice in a rhetorical didactic tradition, as well as an empirical study based on focus groups with Danish and Norwegian teachers. In the focus group study, I explore teachers' practices from a conversational perspective and through an analysis of the teachers' design of a teaching plan relating to writing and voice.
