- Advisor for the Department leadership in the development and implementation of the department's, faculty's and university's research strategies
- Pre-Grant:
- Counseling, identification of funding opportunities. Special focus on Research Council of Norway, ERC and MSCA
- Work with research applications, coordination of project development, proposal writing and budgeting.
- Post-Grant: Administrative and financial support and reporting during the project's lifecycle. Contact with funding agencies
- Coordinate research dissemination events. Design and conduct workshops for researchers and PhD candidates
- Quality assurance of collaboration and other R&D agreements
- Quality assurance of research ethical guidelines and privacy issues (GDPR), data management
