Student counselling and academic administration for German:
- Modules of German studies
- Module combinations within these studies
- Structure and completion of related program options, at the Bachelor's level, Master's level, and for the one year program in German
- Course planning for the German department
- Involved in securing the quality of the above mentioned studies

- Student mobility, counselling outbound students
- Administrative management of ILOS' exchange agreements in Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Serbia and Switzerland
