Diversity as a battlefield? Majority and minority responses to organisational diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts
The aim of the research project is to investigate what signals of diversity and DEI work organizations send to their employees, and how different groups of employees respond to such signals. The purpose of the seminar is to gather the project group and French partners to discuss research design and theoretical perspectives.
