The Institute hosts courses at bachelor's and master's level in art history, classics, Italian, history, and is responsible for an annual inter-disciplinary course about Rome from antiquity to present day.
Students from all Norwegian universities may register to courses in Rome. Three of the courses are taught entirely in Rome, while others may have excursions to Rome as part of their programme.
All courses are in Norwegian, except for the "Italian language and culture" course, which is in Italian.
Please note that the deadlines and admission procedures may be different from other courses at the Faculty of Humanities. Queries should be directed to the department responsible for the course in question.
