The recordings were made between 1960 and 2014. The Ruija corpus is the first corpus for the Kven language, and contains almost 522,000 words.

The corpus is searchable in the search tool Glossa, which was developed by the Text Laboratory.

The Ruija corpus is available for research. Contact Professor Pia Lane to access the corpus.
