The centre’s research will focus on Norwegian as a professional language in use, studying its development and application from academia — including universities, colleges, and schools — to publishing, teaching, and the creation of educational resources.

The findings and analyses from these studies will provide a more robust factual basis for political decisions and policies related to Norwegian as both a professional and an academic language.
