Our Research Focus
Developing high-quality language technology resources is crucial for strengthening Norwegian as a professional language.
The centre will conduct research on language and speech models and develop plain language tools for Norwegian. One of the goals of this research is to create tools that can assess the readability of Norwegian professional texts, identify unclear language, and improve speech models for more accurate automatic transcription of Norwegian professional language.
