The Department of Linguistics and Scandinavian Studies provides teaching and conducts research in the fields of Scandinavian literature and languages, Irish language and culture, Norse religion, Literature Didactics, Textual Science and Philology, Lexicography, Onomastics, Language Technology and computing in the Humanities.
