Trial lectures for the position of Associate Professor in History of Art and Visual Studies - The Global South

Three candidates will give trial lectures for the position of Associate Professor in History of Art and Visual Studies (The Global South).

For the trial lectures, the candidates were given the following task:

Imagine you are giving a lecture (45 minutes) that is part of an introductory course in the fields theory, methods, and historiography for second-year students in the BA program in Art History and Visual Studies (website in Norwegian only). 

The topic of the lecture is:

"Representation and under-representation in art history."

Candidates are free to choose whether they want to hold the lecture in English or a Scandinavian language.
