Public engagement
Author of the book Fra englisc til English: et språk blir til, which is a popular account of the history of English aimed at a general audience. Organized the Festival of Words in 2020 and 2022 - see also the Festival of Words language exhibitions (in Norwegian).
My most special lecture is a musical history of English lecture, in which I tell the story of English and sing (together with musical friends) songs from British history - from Gregorian chant to The Beatles.
