Where can I find Jobbklar?
You’ll find Jobbklar in your study programme room in Canvas. Jobbklar/The programme room are listed as a ‘course’ in Canvas along with the other courses you are taking.
Here you will find information on how you can develop skills and learn to use tools that will be useful both during your studies and in working life. You will also receive notifications and find information about vacancies, small jobs and joint events that are being organised for your programme.
How do I use Jobbklar?
In your first year of study, it can be a good idea to get an overview of the main resources, tools, apps and services, so you can find timetables, messages, events and other information, as well as communicate with your teachers and fellow students. How to start using Jobbklar:
- Go to My Studies
Select “University of Oslo” in FEIDE (and turn on notifications in My Studies) - Go to Canvas
There is a shortcut to Canvas from My Studies - Log in to Canvas using your username and password.
Click on the link “All open courses” in the top right-hand corner.
For bachelor’s degree students, the name of your “Jobbklar” / programme room starts with HFB + a programme code consisting of 3–5 letters + the name of your programme of study or option. The same system is used for master’s degree students, but the name starts with HFM2. - Click on *star* to add Jobbklar and the programme room to your dashboard.
When you open Jobbklar from the dashboard, you will access a page for all students on your programme of study in all year groups. Here you will find messages and a calendar, and by clicking on the various year groups, you can see offers, courses, internships, events and activities for each year group.
