Academic interests
Martin Knutsen Øen is a PhD-fellow at the Department of Archeology, Conservation and History. He is currently working on a PhD exploring Norway's relationship with NATO's transformation during the 1990s with a particular focus on NATO enlargement and Norwegian advocacy for Baltic NATO membership.
