Advanced Course in Research Ethics.

Advanced course in methods: This course is aimed at students, in Philosophy or other disciplines, writing philosophical dissertations. The course has two primary objectives. The first is to help students improve the argumentative structure of their dissertations. The second is to develop an effective and engaging presentation of the main results of the dissertation.

Advanced Course in Theories of Knowledge: Feminism is a political ideology – an -ism – and has long inspired philosophy, theorizing, methodology, research techniques and research in the humanities. This course seeks to enable students to engage with recent and more established interventions in humanities research from the perspective of feminism.

An interdisciplinary PhD course on structural racism with contributors from UiO, USN, NTNU, and HL-Senteret.

Advanced course in Research Ethics: Scholars in the humanities are expected to contribute knowledge to the society. Their work and insights often call for or aims at social change. This course critically examines research for social change and debates about scholar activism.
