Academic interests

I am a researcher and dance artist with a background in museology and heritage studies and the performing arts. My research interests include heritage landscapes, embodied knowledges and multispecies approaches.

In my PhD project, Saving Hay: Cultivating semi-natural hay meadows between species loss and heritage making, I investigate haymaking as heritage, and the interface between traditional embodied practices and pressing environmental concerns. The project is based on fieldwork at Havrå museum, Osterøy.
