Safety representatives at IMK

Safety representatives shall safeguard the interests of staff in matters relating to the working environment and ensure that the Working Environment Act is observed. HSE responsibility lies with the manager.

Matters about working hours and contractual protection do not fall under the occupational health and safety representative but under elected representatives (Chapters 12-20 of the Working Environment Act).
