The U2 recording studio is a state-of-the-art facility where students can do 16-channel recording from IMV's biggest rehearsal room, rehearsal room 2, and work on music production. The control room is located in practice room 3, next door, and can be used independently from the big rehearsal room.
The studio is well suited for ensemble recordings and mixing. To use the studio, students must bring their own laptops and DAW software.

- 1x Radial Workhorse 500-series lunchbox med ulike 500-serie preamper

- 2x Dynaudio studio monitors
- 1x 64-key MIDI keyboard
- 2x Ghielmetti patchbays
- 2x DT 770 Pro hodetelefoner
- All necessary cables.
